About the artist
I’m a veterinarian and anesthesiologist who paints and sculpts the animals I know how to see — bone, soft tissue, the particular way a face settles when they’re at rest. Each piece is hand-made: acrylic on canvas, or polymer clay for a small keepsake you can hold.
If you’re in New York, New Jersey, Westchester, or Long Island, we can arrange an in-person handoff. Colombia commissions stay on their own studio path.
Commission a portrait or memorial
Whether this is a gift, a celebration, or a goodbye, start with a few photos and a sentence about who they are. I’ll reply personally with timing and a quote.
Custom acrylic portraits typically $550–$2,000, depending on size and how many pets. Sculptures and memorials from about $150.
Fifty percent to begin; most pieces take three to six weeks. Sizes are listed in centimeters with US inch equivalents (for example, 30×40 cm is about 12×16 in — not A4).

What do you paint?

How long does a commission take?
Most pieces take three to six weeks after the deposit, depending on size and complexity. Rush is only when the calendar allows.
How does payment work?
Fifty percent deposit to begin, balance before delivery. I’ll send a personal quote — this page shows a typical range, not a fixed menu.
Do you deliver in New York?
Yes. In-person handoff is available in NYC, New Jersey, Westchester, and Long Island when scheduled. I also ship across the US and Colombia.
Are you a veterinarian?
Yes. I’m a veterinarian and anesthesiologist. Anatomy I paint is anatomy I’ve worked with — that care is part of the work.
What about memorials?
Portraits and small sculptures can honor a pet you’ve lost or one you’re saying goodbye to. There’s no rush and no pressure — we go at your pace.
